Dr. Gilbaugh is a board-certified urologist with a dedicated focus on male infertility. He joined The Center for Reproductive Medicine in January 2025, bringing with him over 30 years of experience from his tenure at Wichita Urology.
Dr. Gilbaugh's academic journey began at the University of Oregon, where he earned Bachelor of Science degrees in chemistry and mathematics. He then obtained his medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University and completed his urology residency at the University of California, San Diego. Following residency, he completed a prestigious fellowship in male infertility under the guidance of Dr. Larry Lipshultz at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
During his career, Dr. Gilbaugh has contributed several scholarly articles and textbook chapters on male infertility and has been an active advocate for physician issues. His leadership roles include serving as President of the Sedgwick County Medical Society in 2006 and President of the Kansas Medical Society from 2015 to 2017.
